ABOUT OUR
Team and Roles
We're a group of four juniors passionate about spreading awareness about mental health after observing the devastating impact anxiety and depression could have on personal relationships and our education. Teachers and students have opened up to us and expressed struggles with motivation and productivity, increasing their risk of suicide ideation. Furthermore, we strongly believe caring for a loved one or friend with depression or anxiety should not come at the expense of boundaries or emotional wellbeing.
Jessica
Project Manager
I oversee the team's content progress and confirm deadlines/budgets as project manager. Additionally, I identify volunteer events and input upcoming events and posts into our Google Calendar and Notion, so we stay on track. To preserve progress, I act as secretary and document information from our weekly team meetings to relay back to Dr. Forney and our local HOSA advisor.
Kayla
Lead Editor
I review our content's grammar and design consistency. Additionally, I offer assistance regarding video editing mechanics and process. Our main tools for graphic design include CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop. Notably, I am the illustrator of our mascot. After transforming brainstormed ideas from the project manager's vision and team's input, I ensure cohesive brand image.

Outreach Ambassadors
Our teamwork aims to connect with other clubs and organizations to explore content ideas and volunteering opportunities. We help administer social surveys and polls, research outreach content within our system, engage with other accounts on social media to build a sense of community, and document community engagement insights.
